Cancellation Policy

At QuadWoke, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order or booking, please refer to our Cancellation Policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Timeframe: You may cancel your order within [6 hours] of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at connect@quadwoke.com with your order details.

2. Cancellation of Court Bookings

  • Timeframe: Cancellations for court bookings must be made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled booking time to qualify for a full refund.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel a court booking, please contact our customer service team with your booking details.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds for cancelled orders or bookings will be processed within [10 working days] of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cancellations

Cancellations made after the stipulated time frames will not be eligible for refunds. We recommend reviewing your schedule before making a booking or purchase.

5. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
