1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

2. Return Process

- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within [10 working days] of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or in the form of a voucher redeemable on your next purchase with a validity of 3 months. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
